Shipping your new puppy safely and efficiently is our top priority. Air transport is the preferred option as it is quick, cost-effective, and convenient. We’ve had a great track record with air shipping, as we ensure our puppies are well-prepared for the journey before departure. We’ll collaborate with you to determine the best method for getting your puppy home, though we reserve the right to make the final decision for the puppy’s well-being. We also provide a clear estimate of shipping costs upfront.
Australia-Wide Delivery: We offer delivery across United State and Canada with an experienced pet nanny for an additional fee. Pricing varies based on your location.
East vs. West : Shipping costs may differ based on location, with eastern destinations often being less costly than western.
Pet Nanny Service: Our pet nanny travels with puppies in the cabin from our airport to yours, providing extra care and security. We can also arrange ground transport if preferred, with your puppy driven directly from our home to yours.
Once payment is confirmed, we’ll need your nearest airport, your full address, contact information, and details about the person picking up the puppy. We aim to align flight schedules with your availability and generally try to arrange same-day flights to minimize transit time, though this may involve additional cost.
After booking, we’ll share your puppy’s flight details, including flight number, times, airway bill number, and the pick-up location. We also offer a home delivery option, where your puppy can be delivered directly to your doorstep for added convenience.
For airport pick-up, please bring valid identification (driver’s license or national ID) and the airway bill number provided. Once your puppy is home, we ask that you get in touch right away—we love hearing about the arrival and settling in of each puppy and answering any questions you may have.
